At Bridgekode Technology, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and professional tech training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. IT Services & Consulting Refunds

Payments made for IT support, consulting, web development, or other service-based projects are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Refunds may be considered if no work has started.
• Partial refunds may be issued depending on project progress.
• All refund decisions are subject to contract terms.

2. Training Program Refunds

For tech training programs (such as Web Development, Front-end Development, Back-end Development, Full Stack, Cloud Computing Services, Cybersecurity, UI/UX, Graphics Design, Mobile App Development etc):

• Refund requests must be made within 3–7 days of enrollment.
• No refunds will be issued after training has commenced.
• All payments for downloaded materials, digital products, course materials, and related resources are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Payment Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after service delivery has begun.
• Failure to attend scheduled training sessions.
• Change of mind after training has started
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
